Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or missed without sufficient notice may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost, as this time was reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens!
