If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you service, please let us know withing 7 days of your appointment. We'll gladly work with you to make it right, whether it's an adjustment or addressing any concerns.

Cancellation Policy
At Country Chic Salon, we value your time and appreciate your trust. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 Hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or missed without sufficient notice may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost, as this time was reserved exclusively for you.

We understand that life happens? if unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late than your scheduled appointment time there is a strong possibility that we will need to reschedule the appointment. It is at each provider's discretion. Please call or text the provider or the salon to let us know.
Children in the Salon Policy
To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that children visit the salon only when receiving services and remain supervised at all times.
